Solar Loan
In support of green energy adoption, the SACCO offers Solar Loans to enable members to install solar systems in their homes or businesses. Solar energy reduces reliance on hydroelectric power and offers a more affordable and sustainable option for lighting homes and powering local enterprises. This loan ensures that members can access reliable energy to improve their quality of life and business continuity.
Requirements
- Loan amount of up to UGX 5,000,000.
- Repayment period is monthly and must not exceed 12 months.
- Loan must be used for the purchase and installation of solar systems.
- Member must fulfill SACCO’s general loan eligibility requirements.
