Land Title (Kyaapa) Loan

In response to increasing land disputes and litigation, this loan product empowers our members to secure titles for their most valuable asset — land. The Kyaapa Loan provides affordable financial support to help members process and obtain land titles, enhancing security and ownership legitimacy.
Requirements
- Loan amount of up to UGX 5,000,000.
- Repayment period is monthly and must not exceed 12 months.
- Borrower must pay a land search fee of UGX 150,000.
- Loan must be used strictly for land title processing.
- Must provide collateral proportionate to the loan amount.
- Maximum loan processing time is 6 months unless there is a justifiable delay.
