We recognize the importance of dignified living for our members through better housing. The Home Improvement Loan is designed to support members in constructing or renovating their homes, improving their surroundings, and enhancing interior comfort. It can be used for house construction, renovations, compound design and clearing, or purchasing home furnishings like chairs, mattresses, and sideboards.
Requirements
- Loan amount ranges from UGX 100,000 to 150,000,000.
- Repayment period is monthly and must not exceed 24 months.
- Loan can be used for construction, renovation, compound works, or home furnishing.
- Member must meet standard SACCO loan eligibility requirements.
